Week 8 Part B: Your Instagram Hashtag Use

  

  1. I used quite a few hashtags on my posts pertaining to what’s in the image or what’s related to my business.

  2. I thought about different hashtags that were somewhat related to the artistic and musically inclined version of Instagram. Looking at other pages as well, the more hashtags you use the more likely your content will spread faster and you get the attention you were looking for. 

  3. For the most part, I used hashtags that were related to my business, but I also incorporated hashtags of the different images within my post.

  4. I posted my posts late at night which gets a lot of attention for those winding down and at home relaxing, but the best time is in the evening around 4-5p.m. It’s the time everybody gets off of work and isn’t too late and early to relax. Weekends would also be a good time to post as well.

  5. Something I learned from his exercise was to post at certain times and even days within the week. Effectively using this strategy could result in the results you wanted.
